I've owned this 1988 Toyota since 1996, bought with 41,ooo miles on it. Was in storage for 4 yrs. Used as work truck by me until I retired, 2001. Now it is my retirement project, first mini I've built. First 4cyl. to hot-rod out.

Mods as follows: 4wd 92-95 front bumper & valance, one piece, 4wd front fenders, billet grills, Hella head lights w/ zion bulbs, clear corner & turn lights, Show Down cowled hood, 4-runner doors w/ one piece glass, power mirrors, locks & windows, shaved, Frenched antenna, exhaust set into body, cargo light shaved & LED in its place, one piece tinted & heated rear glass, FBI Calif/combo w/ supra lights & Frenched lic box, Diamo 18x7.5 rims w/ Nitto 225/40 ZR'S, Power Slot rotors w/ carbon pads, Belltech spindles,Aim dropped springs, Doetsch shocks, Quickor bars & Energy Suspension bushings take care of the handing. Engine now is a LC Pro Street EFI 2.5 w/ Street Proformer ported & polished head,2mm oversize valves,Street Proformer cam,double row timing chain, oil pump,aluminum rockers,Street Profomer crank, forged 94mm pistons,moly rings,Clevite 77 rod & crank bearings,Pro ceramic coated headers,big bore throttle body, 9lb aluminum flywheel, Pro clutch,short throw shifter. Borla muffler & a Weapons -R air tube w/ a K&N filter, & billet under drive pulley. Cooling is a custom aluminum radatior by Griffin,w/ billet over flow & window washing fluid tanks,& a Spal 16'' fan, controlled by a Centech controller. The engine is bal & blue printed by LC. The dash now sports a custom gauge cluster w/ Autometer Phantom gauges. A Grant wheel & some red trim work ,& seat covers,Kenwood 500 watt sub amp & 10"sub,450 watt 4 chan.amp, JBL 6x9's & 4's, & a custom console w/ a Easy Street Auto Pilot air controller finish off the interior.

c-notch is in,new rear tubs & center cover are in,sealed & primered. Inside bed panels are made & in with stainless button head screws. Stainless fuel tank is in with all stainless lines.Gravity-Werx tri 4-link , Firestone 9000 bags over the axle, & relocated rear shocks are in.New rear brake lines were made up to complete the rear. Polished aluminum trim was placed around the fuel tank,a stainless 5 gal. air tank w/ stainless hard line going into the bed, 2 380 Viair pumps, 8 3/8"s Asco nickel valves at manifolds at ea. conner,re-6 Slam bags,custom CanDo a-arms,relocated front shocks,CanDo trans mount modified to keep the e-brake,alongwith all new exhaust,completely ceramic coated. Truck is now painted two tone,Radient Met Red upper & Met Pewter lower,shot in the driveway!Next: recover the seats,repair the radiator,get a new front sway bar made,& disk @ the rear!
